Six Word Memoirs

In this activity, we had to write multiple six word memoirs that summarized something about us as an individual in six words exactly. Below are some of my favorite memoirs that I wrote.

Always thinking. Always working. Never satisfied

In the memoir above, I try to describe the student I am, and aspire to be. I am a firm believer that work ethic and thought process are vital to success.

Class, school, city, state, nation, world.

This memoir is reflects how I believe you have to approach a change you want to se be made. You have to start small and in a place that you feel comfortable, such as your classroom, and you gradually increase, until you have seen that change made throughout the world.

Once a story, always a reference.

You should always be learning from mistakes, whether they be yours or someone else's. This memoir reflects that others experiences can hold a lesson for you as well, even if you did not go through that experience.

Larger than life. Less than living.

This memoir is a reflection of the most metamorphic event I have experienced up to this point in my life, and in essence summarizes how I now reflect on the situation.

Limits only exist to exceed them

I do not believe that you should ever be held back by what other people say are the limits to what you can accomplish. If you are willing to dedicate yourself to the work, the limit is only as high as you make it.

There's no peak without the mountain

No accomplishment can be reached without some kind of struggle. The climb is what gets you to the mountaintop, and if you don't make the climb, you'll never reach the peak.
